but to distract myself, i'll talk about my weekend...

my lovely sweet one and i went to some outlet stores in a nearby town...i don't know who lets us do this sort of thing. we really shouldn't be allowed near places that have things for sale...really. oh, and on the way there, we saw a logging truck that was on it's side- that is the second bad wreck i've seen (the aftermath of) involving a loggin truck (and no other vehicles) in less than a month...what is going on with those people?

anywho, she wanted to buy me a leather jacket for christmas (sweet isn't she), and i wanted to get her one (neither of our old ones fit anymore...). we went to the wilson's leather outlet and found delightful jackets- for a really good price...so that was happy. then we wandered into a sock outlet (we both have a strange fascination with socks...odd). after spending even more money neither of us really have, we headed into the old navy outlet...this is really a store we should be banned from. i'm almost to the point where everything i wear is from old navy- almost all of my pants and shirts are old navy, most of my pajama pants are from there as well...i even have socks and skivvies...woo hoo!

then we came home and had a wonderful saturday night... ;)

sunday we finished up a three year campaign in gaming...i would be incredibly depressed about this but we are still going to be playing- we'll just be doing different stuff. the campaign finale was very exciting, and quite stressful...but so far, we are all still alive in the game...i hope it stays that way, as i am attached to all our characters...point being though, that i had a really good day.

actually i had a really good weekend...

yet, i still find myself fighting sadness...
