the terrorists have won people. they have terrified the people of this and apparently the idiot english into changing their lives. used to you could carry a paperback book onto a plane. used to you could have a bottle of water.

you have to quit treating innocents as criminals or they will begin to commit more crimes.

you can't keep taking the freedom away from the innocents or we have nothing left to keep fighting for.

there was no bomb on a plane- it was a botched test run. so now- because of this, every other person who pays a ridiculously high amount to ride in an already uncomfortable plane has to now suffer through a more uncomfortable ride.

all because a bunch of fucked up idiots in the world feel that this is justified- oh my god! the terrorists might give me a papercut with my dean koontz novel! or wait- better yet, they will use it to take a plane down.

things happen all the time- terrible fucked up things.

do you want to let these few events significantly take away from your own freedom, enjoyment, and the right to not be searched for doing nothing wrong? be my guest- but then, the terrorists have already beaten you.

as for me- i would much prefer to go back to the way things were pre- 9/11. the terrorists won't get me that easy- they can just fuck off.
