i am glad i am back on my meds though (i have been taking them less than regularily lately). it is a damn good thing i am working on my feel good book or i may have gotten completely out of hand. i have a few of the things that happen once your serotonin gets severely low. seeing that makes me so happy to have my meds back. now is not a good time to be messing my meds dose up.
it is lightning and thundering outside... it feels ominous to me.
