grrrr. why is it that public schools give children a day off every time someone sneezes? they just had some holiday or other that gave them a short week. then last week, they had early release for three of the days. now this week they get friday off? and yet they are always so damn concerned about test scores, they have to cut out various other activities to make sure they have plenty of time for math and reading and crap. here is a novel idea- make them go to school...then you would have a little more time to teach them.
