the movie that made me cry harder than any movie ever has (at least since old yeller way back when i was a young one- but that one would probably get to me just as badly as an adult)- but this movie...it had me crying to the point where it was hard to breathe between violent sobs, so hard that i almost wasn't sure i could finish watching it- eight below. hmmmm, apparently movies that have sad parts about dogs really get to me. or maybe it is just those two. but no...sad animal parts in movies choke me up much more than sad human parts... anywho, christina aguilera's song hurt- i just can't say enough about it. what timing for a song like that. i find it to be very powerfully sung, it is just beautiful, and the lyrics really really get to me. i used to hate christina aguilera with a passion. now, i have to confess that i have really liked her last couple songs a lot. i guess i didn't care for her stinky skank look.
